These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and DS777 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the DS777 website located at https://ds777.cam and all related services, products and content made available through the Platform.

DS777 is an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games and other wagering products. The Platform is operated for entertainment purposes. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any wager.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the DS777 Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

To register an Account and use the DS777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• One Account Per Person: Each natural person is entitled to register and hold only one Account. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either through DS777's own responsible gambling tools or through any external self-exclusion programme to which you have subscribed.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be truthful, accurate and current. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

To access real-money features of the DS777 Platform, you must complete the registration process and open an Account. By completing registration you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete and current.

• Registration Data: You will be required to provide a username, valid email address, password and such other information as the registration form may require from time to time.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. DS777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: If you believe or suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify DS777's support team immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform.
• Two-Factor Authentication: DS777 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Where 2FA is available, enabling it is the User's responsibility and DS777 shall not be liable for security incidents arising from a User's decision not to activate it.
• Account Closure: DS777 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any Account at its sole discretion, including where it determines that the Account was opened in breach of these Terms or where continued operation of the Account would be contrary to legal or regulatory obligations.

By using the DS777 Platform you agree to comply with the following general terms of use at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any system or network connected to the Platform.
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Platform, place wagers or otherwise interact with DS777 services.
• You will not engage in any conduct that could impair or overburden the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with other Users' enjoyment of the Platform.
• You acknowledge that gambling outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live market data, as appropriate, and that DS777 does not manipulate outcomes.
• You accept that all decisions made by the Platform's system with respect to game outcomes and wager settlements are final, subject to any verified technical error that DS777 determines warrants review.

DS777 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. DS777 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime during such periods.

The DS777 Platform supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and such other currencies as may be available in the live cashier from time to time. All balance displays within the Platform are shown in the currency selected at registration.

DS777 may offer bonuses, promotions and other incentive schemes to registered Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Failing to complete the wagering requirement within the stated bonus validity period will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet or stake limit applies per round or wager. Exceeding this limit is a material breach of bonus terms and may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or zero. The contribution schedule for each game category is available in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, Users may hold only one active bonus at a time. Depositing during an active bonus may affect which promotion applies. Users are advised to review current bonus status in their Account before making further deposits.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain promotions impose a maximum withdrawal cap on bonus-derived winnings. Any winnings above this cap are not eligible for withdrawal.

All wagers placed on the DS777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and the game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

• Wager Acceptance: A wager is accepted only when confirmed by the Platform's system and reflected in the User's Account balance. DS777 reserves the right to refuse or void any wager in the event of a manifest error, system malfunction or suspected abuse.
• Manifest Errors: In the event that a wager is accepted, or a payout made, due to an obvious pricing or system error, DS777 reserves the right to void the wager and recover any funds paid out in error, regardless of whether the User acted in good faith.
• Sports Betting: Cricket markets, including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral series, are subject to match-specific rules. Markets may be suspended, void or settled differently from anticipated outcomes in circumstances such as match postponement, abandonment, weather interruption or changes in officially recorded match results.
• Live Betting: In-play markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Wagers placed during a live event are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of acceptance. DS777 cannot guarantee that all in-play wagers will be accepted, particularly during high-traffic periods.
• System Malfunctions: DS777 shall not be liable for interrupted game sessions or lost wagers caused by internet disconnection, browser failure or other circumstances outside our control. Any wager interrupted prior to conclusion will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game's technical rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the DS777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Opening more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity, email address or payment method;
2. Providing false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
3. Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing;
4. Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy or other means of circumventing geographic or IP restrictions;
5. Using automated tools, bots, algorithms or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place wagers or exploit game mechanics;
6. Engaging in arbitrage, matched betting or any form of systematic exploitation of bonus offers, odds discrepancies or promotional structures in a manner the operator reasonably determines to be abusive;
7. Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
8. Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, disputed payment claims or the use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
9. Accessing the Platform on behalf of a minor or permitting any person under the minimum age to use your Account;
10. Engaging in conduct that is harassing, threatening, abusive or disruptive toward DS777 staff or other platform Users.

DS777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that while the majority of players engage with the Platform for entertainment, some individuals may develop problematic gambling patterns. DS777 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to limit the total funds they load onto the Platform within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week or month. Once the limit is reached, the system will prevent further wagering until the limit period resets or the limit is amended in accordance with the cooling-off rules.

All content on the DS777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, data compilations and interface design, is the property of DS777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without DS777's prior written consent.
• You must not use DS777's name, logo or branding in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement or suggest an affiliation that does not exist.
• Any feedback, suggestions or content submitted by Users to DS777 may be used by DS777 without restriction or compensation to the User.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DS777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.

• DS777's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.
• DS777 makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the Platform will be free from errors, uninterrupted, secure or fit for any particular purpose beyond the general entertainment purposes described in these Terms.
• DS777 is not responsible for any losses arising from your reliance on any information, content or material published on the Platform that you choose to use as the basis for wagering decisions.
• Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit DS777's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

DS777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered to your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated and licensed, as notified to registered Users from time to time.

In the event of a dispute between DS777 and a User, we encourage Users to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of disputes can be resolved efficiently through direct communication with our support team.

• If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as specified by the operator, unless applicable mandatory local law requires otherwise.
• Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
• DS777 does not acknowledge that Pakistani courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of this Platform. Users are advised to obtain independent legal advice regarding applicable jurisdictional rules in their country of residence.
